At CTG Windows we employ all our own staff who are highly skilled and trained at their jobs and are fully conversant with all the latest Health & Safety Regulations, including recently introduced ladder regulations. We will normally fit your replacement fascias and soffits from individually constructed scaffolding or, alternatively, from aluminium towers. We remove all rubbish from site and leave your property clean and tidy.
What could be nicer than looking up to your roof and seeing a permanent finish that needs no more than an occasional clean.
Where possible we will install our Eaves Protection System which will make a real difference in protecting your roof rafter ends, as most roof felt has long since decayed.
We will remove all the existing timber fascias and completely replace with new PVCu boards, or in some circumstances, when the existing timber is still sound and/or the roof covering is slate ,we will cap over with new PVCu boards, sealing them completely. We have a choice of soffit ventilators to meet your roofline requirements.
Fascia
CTG fascia boards come in a large range of sizes. CTG offer shaped boxes at the end of gables skillfully installed to give that professional finish. We also have decorative fascia for the more traditional finish.
Soffit
Soffits can be flat boards, of varying sizes, flush finish or tongue & groove. Choose between continuous vented Soffit, horizontal vents, round vents, or our special vented eaves protection.
Guttering
CTG offer a wide choice of guttering in Square, Half Round, or Ogee shaped – All with the full range of complementary downpipes, joiners, brackets, etc. We can also offer a cast iron effect which replicates traditional cast iron gutter.
