WHAT PROBLEMS CAN WE SOLVE?

We are able to solve most problems on PVC-U and Aluminium Windows & Doors i.e. locks, handles, hinges, re-fixing or repairing gaskets or replacement of Sealed Double Glazing Units.

Unfortunately,  it is not normally cost effective to correct a poorly installed products, this is usually the responsibility of your supplier. However, in some circumstances, we will see if we can keep it working for you.

WILL I GET AN ESTIMATE BEFORE THE WORK COMMENCES?

Yes! We will always give you an idea of the cost to carry out a ‘Window Repairs’ call. This will either be over the phone if the problem is a simple one, or alternatively we will send one of our engineers to view the problem, discuss rectification and then we will send a written quotation giving full details of the work we will do.The CTG ‘Maintenance’ service is a dedicated operation and our staff are always available to discuss these matters with you.

In practice, most PVC-U and Aluminium Windows & Doors can be repaired. We also have experience in Commercial Aluminium installations which enables us to attend to Shop Fronts and large Commercial installations with multiple Aluminium units.
